Asst. Lect. Hanan M. Shukur, Manager of International Ranking Unit.  and a Lecturer in department of Computer Techniques Engineering in Al-Kitab University. She got her BSc. Degree in Computer and Informatics Engineering / Electronics Engineering College from University of Mosul. She received MSc. Degree in Information Systems Engineering from Erbil Polytechnic University (EPU). She worked as a Technician Editor at Al-Kitab Journal for Pure Sciences and also at Al-Kitab Journal for Human Sciences. She is interested in field of design and real implementation of Electronic Enterprise Human Resource Management System (E-EHRMS), Web Programing Languages, and Web Development. She has published papers in Local and International Conferences and Journals. Her research interests include Electronic Systems, Cloud Computing Technology, Resource Virtualization, Internet of Things (IoT), and Distributed Systems.
