About Al-Kitab University and The University of Wolverhampton

Al-Kitab University

The University was founded in 2012 under the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research with its letter C / 1655 on 26/3/2013. Al-Kitab University (Altoun kopri – Kirkuk) is considered today the icon of the private university education in Iraq. From its establishment in 2012, it has adopted a scientific research method based on advanced educational technology applying a global educational system as an accredited logo, which meets the ever-growing needs of the labor market to the academically qualified and competent cadre. This is accompanied by professional skills to ensure obtaining job opportunities in a market where competition is increasingly fierce day after day. The agenda of Al-Kitab University has always focused on being a contributing factor in enriching society and developing it to adopt a clear and strict strategy in the service of society.

The University of Wolverhampton

The University of Wolverhampton occupies an essential position in both the UK and the international higher education sector. We are committed to our regional community and to offering our students and collaborators the best experience possible, encouraging and enabling them to learn and develop the essential skills they’ll need. An essential aspect of both this and the vibrant life of the University of Wolverhampton is our ability to have a real impact on all aspects of the world of science. As we implement our new Strategic Plan, Strategy 2030, we see this as an opportunity to continue working together, both internally and with external partners, to position our University as a sector leading, place-based institution putting students first, revitalising the economy and demonstrating outstanding influence reach, and impact.  Impact is instrumental to the success of our mission. It is what others do with our research and the changes that they make, as well as our vehicle to ‘maximise opportunity through generating knowledge, innovation and enterprise.’ Individually and in partnership, the University of Wolverhampton’s experts develop solutions and insights addressing the great challenges faced by the world. There are many benefits arising from their excellent research, some of which occur in the short term, while others develop over years or generations.
