Mr.Youssef Fouad Mohamed,graduated from university of kirkuk-colleage of engineering as a civil engineer. Working as a site engineer in many project like a university of Kirkuk project, north Oil Company project and finally at new Kirkuk industrial city project which award him a good experience. In 2018, he acquired master degree from university of Gaziantep –turkey. Academic period started before two years ago as an assistant lecturer at Al-Kitab University and till now.an engineer, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertake or situation that he presented with.
